I contacted support. They are expecting cards to arrive tomorrow, 10/9, from another store and should ship early next week.

Shipping is $93.78 to Qld address which makes it $788.44. Given warranty and power cable issues probably not worth it.

Looks like it doesn't apply to all games. If applicable you will get a message in cart telling you to add code to get free Call of Juarez.

Did for me. Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood appeared under my games in my account after a couple of minutes.
