          But when I placed an order with 2Xpacks the only delivery day available to pick was Sunday the 2nd, Are they even going to send them?

        I tend to bring them to work and put them in the fridge the night before to thaw (but forget occasionally. :P)
        I usually just microwave them for about 4 minutes, 2 mins then shake it about then back in.
        When in doubt, just give it another minute. lol

    I used to love YouFoodz until they sent me stinking, off raw chicken in my Meal kitz that hadn't expired yet (not even close). Switched to another brand and found I was paying more but the meals were twice the size and much better

        Ha, had the exact same thing with the exact same meal kit! They only refunded for one meal kit, despite me saying that it probably isn't safe to eat the others considering I got off chicken in the first. From then on I was DONE with youfoodz

      ordered 3 times (around 25 meal total) and havent had stinking chicken. However, i stayed away from meal kits cause one of veges came slightly off.
      Never had problem with ready to eat meals, but proportion tends to be small.

    YouFoodz as useless as ever. Doesn't work with any SYDNEY address. I get the same error msg everyone else is reporting above.

    I changed address to QLD and the error msg went away.

    Update: received my meals morning but missing the "unbeetable chicken & broc" from Autumn Faves. Just spoke with Customer Service: there may be a shortage for some customers (I am in Melbourne) in which case YF will confirm via email and process a refund. As I called directly they immediately processed mine. Have already received my PayPal refund confirmation of $9.95!

      Mine was also missing unbeetable chicken & broc - sounds like a common issue. I contacted customer service and they offered me $10 off my next order. Not exactly the compensation I was looking for considering I already paid for the meal.

      They really should have identified this problem when the orders were packed and before they were delivered

      I got a similar code and it works as a straight discount without needing to purchase those items. So you can order what you want and get the $27.79 discount.

      So you can get 5 x $9.95 meals + 2 free last chance meals for ~$24.

        im on live chat with them now. They are sending out two more survivor packs. They said it was a glitch and its only meant to be one pack per person. They are resending my missing meal out with them. So im not getting a refund.

        Normally the refund shows up within 24 hours on the credit card.
