  • Yoga

  • Physio here - don't waste your money. These things are what we call 'passive' devices (i.e. your muscles are not activating), consequently you won't have any real long term gains. Furthermore all the current research tells us there ISN'T a direct link between posture and pain, so bad posture really just looks ugly but doesn't actually cause your neck/back/shoulder pain.

    • Thanks for your comment .. What is your suggestion / advise to improve posture ? I guess my body is used to it and it doesnt cause any pain however as you said.. It does look ugly.. This is the change i need as per pic below !

Likely you'll need a variety of different neck/back/shoulder/glute strengthening exercises. If you don't have any pain, a good personal trainer should be able to help you in this area

This! Im an Osteo and cant agree more. Dont waste your money on these (or magic insoles for that matter), these thoracic braces (and Lumbar ones) are if anything detrimental.
PS there is no perfect posture, the old adage of "the best posture is the next posture" rings true = any static posture for extended periods isn't ideal.
