Yes, they accept credit card.
I don't need a loan for the money, I just want to get the bonus points.
Amex card was very fast, and even Virgin arrived within 2 weeks.
Ask for it to be taken out of sale price. Otherwise agent doesn't give a shit about whether it sells or not.
This is stage 2, it was showcased private for 1 month first.
I'm confident the agents want to sell it. We even offered them a bonus if they get a certain figure. All sorted, but thank you for the concern.
I'll mention weather it can be taken out, however off the top off my head it's for the advertising package, photography, signage etc. I think it has to be paid upfront.

Somethings a bit suss that the agent wants payment up front. Generally agents take their commission from the buyers deposit which is paid when the contract of sale goes unconditional.
Make sure they're not doing a dodgy on your mum.

I got my St George Qantas Signature card in 7 working days
I would doubt that any application would go through and get you the card by the 10th.
What I do know is that westpac does their income verification automatically by logging onto your bank through their portal, so that does speed it up.
