"Jolly-Kidz is an Australian based company founded by responsible parents. We believe in providing fun toys for kids, that help them enjoy whilst playing outdoor with their family and/or kids"

    Interpretation:
We sell imported crap from Alibaba like everyone else.
    We want your money

    • Yes. We import products from China.
      Tested for quality and safety.
So far we only received positive feedback about product With some exceptions. However, we fixed it.
Thatā€™s why couple of bucks more than Kmart šŸ˜Š

  • How is it different from $29 one from K-Mart?

    • $29 Kmart scooter does not have light up wheels šŸ˜Š
Plus are not trying to or cannot compete with Kmart honestly
We are a small startup and providing the best deal that we can.

  • I got 2 of these for my 2 girls in pink and they were surprisingly good. I am not sure if Kmart ones come with magnetic lights, these do. I was pleasantly impressed and girls love them… would happily buy again.

    • Happy 100 comments Smurfy!

  • Hoping for a free shipping.

  • Hi,
Sorry to sound sceptical but why does this only have generic "Scooter" labelled on both the Scooter and Box if it genuinely is the Jolly-Kidz brand?

If you go across to Colorific's website (Jolly Kidz is meant to be one of their brands) and look at all the other Jolly-Kidz stuff, you'll see consistent branding and theme on all their boxes and often see the logo on the products itself?

    See for yourself:
    https://colorific.com.au/product-category/brands/jolly-kidz/

    • According to the trademark that was registered in 2009, Colorific filed the Jolly kidz trademark under class 16 and class 20 of goods and services.

      https://search.ipaustralia.gov.au/trademarks/search/view/130ā€¦

      Goods & Services
Class 16: Easels, writing boards, drawing boards, blackboards, colouring boards

Class 20: Playpens, cots, high chairs, wooden and plastic furniture, chairs, children's furniture; desks of adjustable height, desks, table and chair sets, bed mattresses, inner sprung mattresses, portable barriers for household use for the protection of children, furniture

It appears that colorific does not produce nor sell any kids scooters. So this business just happens to have a brand name that's identical to colorific (a trademark issue), but since they are selling a different class of products it's not a counterfeiting issue.

      • +1

Regardless, they arenā€™t the ā€œJolly Kidzā€ brand which most people know of, who have their products in Baby Bunting and other kids stores.
I think people need to be made aware of this!
They have deliberately spelt their name the same as this existing brand, registered a domain name similar to theirs and selling childrenā€™s toys, doesnā€™t seem like ethical business practice to me.
Whether they are breaking the law or not, it is a misrepresentation of an existing brand name.

  • Thanks ,bought the pink one for delivery to Albury.
