Oh, absolutely. You can use the crappiest power bank from a vending machine for phones, it won't be fast, but it'll work.
USB PD is more of a thing for devices that require higher voltages(15-20V), like laptops. Phones can charge just fine with 5V, but they do benefit from higher voltages as well, assuming the phone supports it.

I've taken like 3 of the ZMI model on, they'll typically ask you to take it out of bag internationally but isn't an issue.

Thanks!Usually the issue is with the power bank not supplying enough voltage, but this one can push upto 20V, which is usually the max for laptop chargers anyway, so.. in theory it should work.
Not much info about your specific model online but if it has a USB C port (which looks like it has 2 of) and supports PD, it should work, again, theoretically (obviously it won't charge as fast and may still drain if you're pushing the laptop hard).
Yeah it will charge just fine, just not at RapidCharge speeds (0-80% in 1hr). Perfectly usable tho.
