Has Anyone Booked a Package through Webjet before?

Hi - just trying to gather people's experiences with using Webjet to book a package (flights + accommodation). Has anyone had any major issues? Anything to be mindful of?

I know Webjet has a reputation of being pricier than other booking companies - so where else could one look for a good flights and accommodation package - flight centre is very expensive!

Thanks

    • We have used Expedia a few times, and always happy with the price we paid and the convenience of booking it all in one place.
In addition their customer service, where we may have made an error in our booking, was very good.

  • Seriously, please just book it separately. Use skyscanner and hotelscombined, they are easy to use and will save you a lot of money. Where are you going?

Hawaii - seems cheaper to book on webjet by the looks of it

      • Have you tried flight sites like, i want that flight or sky scanner?

There's a heap of hotel aggregators like agoda, trivago etc.

I'd search with at least 5 sites for both flights and hotels personally.

i suggest you get your partner or wife or husband to plan this trip ….

  • Why Webjet.

Use Webjet as a search engine and then book directly with the provider

I just spent a week shopping around for a holiday package, and Webjet was the cheapest. The booking was easy, and their online chat is pretty helpful if you need it.

  • We booked a hire car through Webjet and saved about $700 (50% cheaper than direct through Thrifty). We were concerned about the booking and checked with Thrifty and it's all good.

  • where are you going, OP?
