Best price 98RON fuel has been in about three weeks…
Time to get in the car and lock it in!

I couldn't lock in at the cheap price either, but when doing a price scan, it shows the 162.5 price as of 7:46am (ie an hour behind). Not sure why it's not showing the price as of current time.

I filled up for 1.28/L in Sydney yesterday on my way back to the ACT. It just shows how bad prices are here.
Go to Costco, majura woolies or the fyshwick independent. 98 is like 143c there
I normally fill up at Fyshwick Metro, it's around 138.9/L for E10.
Agree, Costco Fyshwick is usually floating around 149-152 and always the cheapest in Canberra

Where did you get U98 unleaded for 1.28/L in Sydney? Cant see it anywhere on petrol spy atm.
Canberra doesn't really have price cycles and usually sits on in the somewhere in the mid range of other major cities highs and lows. Costco is 133.7 for U91 today.
Don’t forget for Toyota drivers 10 cents off.

Hardest part is finding an answer to how you got this price when asked by the bloke behind the counter! As a vicco, my default answer is that I locked in in Truganina (almost always vics cheapest fuel out west)
