A beautifully balanced wine with dense raspberry, blueberry and black cherry aromas. Brooding dark fruit spectrum with savoury, earthy notes and roasted beetroot. Dense on the palate like no other Pinot Noir, hugely generous with full, textured tannins. The Jimjoca Vineyard is located 2km east of the town of Balnarring, and has long been a favourite for Stonier.
