  • I got weird one. After typing cr10off I got ”please sign in with the account associated with this code to receive discount" something like that. So my cr email must match with Groupon email?

              Groupon app, android. I admit my cr account email is not the same with my Groupon email. Maybe that's the reason?

              • @CyberMurning: That is so weird. Emails don't need to match at all. Please do me a favour. Can you click out from a desktop browser and see if that works?

                • @tightarse: Ok I tried 2 scenarios using Chrome on laptop.
                  One without going through cr, same error. Then went through cr, successful.
                  But I got that error on my mobile after I went through cr app then Groupon app. Weird.

                    @CyberMurning: Ok, I can tell you this code only works after clicking from CR. So if you try to use it direct, it won’t work. I’ve reached out to Groupon to try to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, can you please purchase via desktop. Thanks!

  • I used CR10OFF then clicked back in the browser and now it tells me that I can't use the CR10OFF code as apparently it's already been used :(
