Good prices, wonder if it stacks with the free night with paid stays for new members? Would make the deal even better.

    • Good link

    • Thanks, I used the link you provided and then stayed using the flash sale prices and it worked. Checked my Marriott Bonvoy account and it shows I only need 1 more stay before I get a free night. Sweet.

Good deal. Works with the Amex Marriott promo rebate too.

    • -1

Amex Marriot was only for Sydney in my account. I'm Perth based. Spend $400 for $80 back, up to 3 times?

      • Valid Australia wide if you read the T&Cs.

  • Just needed it to work for Sydney……but it doesn’t.

  • Nice deal but can we have more details for Sydney and Melbourne?

  • This is the closest hotel to RAC Arena if anyone is going to an event there.
    Directly across the road

    • +2

You can be certain the property has factored in the known RAC Arena events such as Kiss on 16/11 etc where the cheapest rate is at least double that of the promo.

      • touché

  • Hi, this a property specific offer only in Perth…Four Points Brisbane has a similar offer too…NOT APPLICABLE for SYD or MEL….

    • Link to Brisbane deal?

        • Hi OP, any deals for Melbourne/ VIC? Ta

          • +1

@ninenine: Melbourne hotel will have deals but not the Flash Sale we're advertising this may change at anytime though…

        • What dates are acceptable for this offer? I can't find any that dates that are available

          • @Charity: It's open until further notice, it may not be available on event nights at the arena or citywide busy days, when you've searched your dates make sure you click the Deals & Packages tab, you can also look on google typing Four "Points by Sheraton Perth" and will give you an idea of what dates are available and revert back to this link… we have a lot of dates available at these prices…it could also be the dates you have selected aren't available at that price

  • I can't find a date on a weekend that is that price.

    • **Make sure you click the DEALS & PACKAGES TAB - It also depends on what date you try, an example would be the 28th June 1 night, currently it's there but can change at anytime…We've kept as many dates open as possible…

  • Great deal but wrong city :(

  • Wish it was the Westin. Have stayed in both aloft Perth and 4 points, aloft is so much better as it is newer. Only negative it's not close to shops.

    • Aloft is way out of the CBD though - in a bit of a dead zone for shops and eating

      • Yeah but the rooms are nicer. Staycation there few times with wife to do status run last year.

        • It does look like a nice hotel

There's been a massive improvement on the hotel front in Perth in recent years

    • Really? Aloft must be nice, as I was really impressed with the rooms at Four Points. I was Platinum Marriott at the time, which might have helped.

      Westin is the best.

  • Doesn't work for the two dates I was after, is there more info on black out dates?

    • What dates did you try please? It's unlikely to be available on some event nights at the Arena or citywide events…An example would be at the time I just checked this only 1 Friday between now and the end July is currently not available and the rest of the dates are, it all depends on what date and is subject to availability of course…Thanks

      • -1

Damn, tried dates for a show at the Arena and they're blockout dates. Might have to stay elsewhere

  • Please note

Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.5 percent.

  • +2

If you search "Four Points by Sheraton Perth" on google it comes up with a neat graph showing the dates which this is available for $105.

  • Thanks OP, I've stayed there recently. Th room was nice, and it's close to the Arena (if that's your thing). They have a deal with the nearby carpark for free overnight parking (i believe, ymmv).

    • Hi there, car parking is right next door to the hotel and is from $16.00 per night single entry, not free unfortunately but is still a cheap price…

  • Dam.. i booked with the travelzoo promotion earlier..

  • Good deal

  • Still weird having the Sheraton brand associated with Marriott. I know they bought Starwood Hotels and all a few years ago.

  • Any option to add a 3rd child with the deal.

    • +1

Hi, offer is only available on the main room types on the link and can sleep a maximum of 4 in these rooms, so if 1 adult and 3 children under 12 it would work, on the King room would be sharing existing bedding…Rooms with 2 double beds for maximum of 4 are available at a small supplement…but for 5 in a room this is not possible sorry..

  • Whatever I choose:

"The special rate you selected is not available for the dates you requested."

    — ah, I had to remove kids from the booking. Now I see twin rooms (2 double so hold family) for $115/125/night.

  • Damn prices are high for the state of origin weekend. No surprises there

  • Hi jason,
I wanted to book with breakfast but I've accidentally booked without - any chance I could change that? It's for a night

    • +1

Please call the hotel 08 9327 7000 - wait until a person answers and speak to reservations to ask them to amend for you…

      • All sorted, cheers!

  • Good price. Really flat season this June/July. Airbnb is another good place to book for trips for larger groups. (Average market occupancy rate is really low this year)

  • Hi Jason, I'm getting a price of $115 without breakfast and $125 with breakfast

    • This may be on the rooms with 2 double beds, which is a small supplement of $10 on what king bedded rooms, if you're willing all to share a King bed if available for your date it may be there if its available on that day your trying. Feel free to call the hotel 08 9327 7000 - wait until a person answers and speak to reservations to ask them to help, or you pay the quoted $125 for you all for what you've searched.

      • OP what are the options for a family of 5 in Brisbane? Have tried booking two rooms but only allows me to allocate a per room number of people- I am unable to do one room as 1A2Ch and the other as 1A1Ch. Also appears the brisbane offer is for two people per room max, can you confirm?

        Thanks in advance!

        • +1

Please call the BNE hotel directly we operate separately, it should be able to be booked as 2A1Ch + 2 Adults, children can pay adult prices but not vice versa…hope this helps

      • Thanks that makes sense.
The date I initially looked at only had the 2 double beds available. On other dates rooms with 1 double bed show up for $105.

      • soz wrong thread

  • Sydney deal?

Finally a Perth-only deal what are the chances. Look at all the eastern people freaking out lmao.

    • Just googled Perth and realized there is another one in Aus! I always assumed folks were talking about the small town in Tasmania! :D

    • +1

The salt is real for our East Coast brethren "why no melb/syd deals" whinge whinge, now you know how we always feel suckers.

  • Thanks, just made a booking:) Finally, something for Perth!

    • Thank you!! what's your surname?

  • How does one ensure we get a 2 x double bed room?

It won't even allow me to put down 2 adults and 2 small kids, saying max per room is 3.

    • Retry the link again it's been refreshed, under special rates tab / promo tab type WK1…This should now work :-)

      • Are there twin rooms available with this promo? Or just king? I’ve looked at a few dates but it seems only king?

        • Hi There,

Once you've put your dates in and search you should see Superior double rooms that would work for you it should show as $10 supplement for this room but still an amazing offer…if available of course

  • We are staying a Saturday night in the city in a few weeks - at the Mantra on Murray for $125 including breakfast. So $115 is a good price (although the Mantra is closer to where we want to be that night)

  • When I saw 4.5* I assumed the Westin (a great new Marriott hotel) … not the Four Points, which feels more like a fancy dormitory than a hotel.

Never had a room there with a bath, and the $5 charge to bring takeaway food from upstairs up to the room is a bit of a laugh.

Then again, those were the boom time days when our cheap corporate rate was $280/night there. Now $180 consistently…

    • There's a charge for eating in the room…or a charge if the concierge carries it for you…

      What the

Become a Marriott Bonvoy member and you'll get 10% discount off your F&B when presenting the membership number, you can also take the lift and collect it's not far to walk, you'll find menu prices very reasonable thanks…

        • Sure - but to call the Four Points a 4.5* hotel is a bit of a stretch - don't you agree?

  • Four people, one bed, could get cozy……

  • Booked in. Thanks OP!

I think this "flash sale" deal is over now - checked a number of sat nights and they are all not working.
I stayed recently with this deal and thought it was good. Breakfast was good. Room was fine, but view from the room facing Elder Street multi-story carpark and a derelict abandoned complex of condos was a bit average.
Note that even if you can't get this deal, the marriott.com website shows many weekend days available from $97 per night no breakfast as their normal members price (free to join Marriott Bonvoy anyway, and you can get the stay 2 nights, get one free deal that someone posted above). I think it was about $5 more for non-members. However if you want breakfast, the price goes WAY up (almost $200 per night).
