Happy Easter OzBargain from the entire team at aussieBum.

Been sitting on this deal for a while?

      Keeping the bums warm :)

      • I'm not sure many of those would be great at keeping bums warm tbh

        • Well… At least the eggs are well-nested :)

Ah finally a deal for all the girls and gay blokes to upvote just for the images!

    • +2

I'm not gay, so I must be a girl then. These are good jocks.

  • Since everything is on sale, if I buy the wrong size of trackpants, I can't get a refund due to your terms and conditions on a refund? You have small but I think I need an XS for a snug fit which you don't have.

Also can't find the "Pima Cotton Tee 3 pack now $22.48AUD (was $44.95AUD)" as the post state. Surely can't be taken off the website after 1 hour from posting the deal?

    • I've returned many sale items before - they don't actually mind :)

  • Better quality than bonds?(not joking, genuinely have no idea idea!)

    • Most of the ones Made in Australia are. Some of them, nay all of them require lower temperature washing and line dry or very low drying in the dryer. If you don’t adhere to this they warp mainly in the waistband.

      • All the ones I can see say designed in Australia made in China.

        • The one I linked above, Gridfit, is made in Australia as are Grizzly and some others. It’s mainly the el cheap o but ok ones that are made in China. You shouldn’t be buying those anyhoo.

They are definitely better quality than bonds. Better cotton, better elastic and better cuts.

  • I've had a fair few of these jocks. Quality is usually really good, better than Bonds usually, and I supported them as they made the gear in Australia. However I don't like the way they are marketed and designed, to, how do I say, emphasise the man bits. It seems like they are specifically designed to show off the junk. Which is ok if you're on a cat walk or posing for something. But every day is just weird and uncomfortable. I've gone back to Bonds.

Don't buy these. I bought a few pairs the last time round and was really disappointed. The stitching on these are really tough/sharp and the leg-bands cut into my thighs. (I don't think I have unusually muscular legs!) I went to return them and the returns page on the website basically said "We make it clear all through the checkout process that there are no returns for wrong sizing"… bit when I checked there is nothing like that.

So for bad sizing and bad customer service, I'm voting no.

Edited to add - here's the wording, hidden in a pull-down section inside a side tab on the website:

”As we widely advertise on the website, this no-quibbles policy does not include Sale items, product bundles or multi-pack discounts. These are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault.”

Just try to find the "widely advertised" policy anywhere else but there.

    • It may say that, but give it a try, they're pretty flexible!
