Just looking to buy a cheap 4K-UHD tv.
I have two things in mind that i need to clarify though
1- I dont know if it should be also a smart tv or a google chromecast would be better?
2- Is HDR feature so important? Does it really make a difference?
What brands would you recommend? Plus, should i wait for the end of this month for better EOFY deals?
My max budget is around 500 dollars.

Samsung RU7100 when on sale
Hisense have a 4K 43", mine is very good, the apps are great, however the viewing angles are a bit more restricted compared to the tier1 premium brands. This replaced a Samsung that failed in around 2 years - not happy!.
