  • If they are that stretchable, why do you need six different sizes?

  • Lids can stretch to fit most sized and shaped containers:

2.6" will stretch to 3.5 inches
3.8" will stretch to 5 inches
4.5" will stretch to 6 inches
5.7" will stretch to 8 inches
6.5" will stretch to 9 inches
8.1" will stretch to 11 inches

    • Are there no containers made that are 3.6-3.7 inches?

    • +17

4.5" will stretch to 6 inches

      This sounds about right.

        Depends if it's cold.

  • this is bad idea, silicon is known for attracting dust, hard to wash dust off too.

    • Dish washer?

Got much dust in the fridge?

      • Upvoted because you made me laugh but I think you store these outside of the fridge and then put them over your food before you put it into the fridge. His concern being that dust would be trapped on the underside with your food.

Thanks OP for this post. Just FYI ALDI special buys has something similar for roughly the same price.

    • Amazon AU price 38.88 (from US)for "BONUS INCLUDED - BONUS 1 EXTRA Silicone Stretch Lids (Random Size - Total 13 pcs) and 1pcs oil funnel and 1 garlic peeler"

Depends if you need funnel, garlic peeler.

I bought some from another store (AU) and they were very weak, ripped second time I tried them. Quality is important, would prefer reliable reviews.

I need this but I am scared my household will somehow accidentally dispose of it or use it incorrectly or worse.

Gotta basically treat them like adult sized babies all the time now.

Lots of stuff misused or missing.

They somehow burnt the lid of the rice cooker so we had to get a new one and another somehow broke the push down mechanism of the toaster and that is just the simple stuff.

We seriously need an adult school or something to show to adult sized babies to get them up to scratch with civilised normal society like a community college for normal human behaviour or something lol.

TAFE course for uneducated barbaric adults?

This sounds more like what happens in student housing rather than a private household!

      • It is pretty much student housing at this point except all the "students" are above 30 years old some double that and act more worse than students so yeah I am gonna call it student housing from now on to phrase it better than maybe derro/bogan or homeless/hobo housing.

  • same tech as condoms?

    • Exactly the same. Hand wash or put through the dishwasher and they're ready to go again

      • you mean the condoms too?

        • Keeps them out of landfill :-)
