The cashback was supposed to be $2 but you got $0.20. Lost you already.
because in the app, there isn't anything that I can type to articulate specifically what's the issue with the 21 cents. They will think well you get your 21 cents cashback, what's the issue?

Please note you are entitled to both the usual cashback rate plus the $2 bonus. The $0.21 relates to the usual cashback rate you get on the item which you have been credited for based on the claim you submitted. Based on the details you've supplied via PM, I have now just credited you the $2 bonus.
