Apple Music: $11 Cashback Approved in 30 Days with Free 3-Month Family Trial @ Cashrewards (New Customers)

880

Hi all. We've increased Cashback on Family Plans for the next 24 hours. The Individual Plan remains at $8. Everything below is basically a copy/paste from the previous offer. This increase ends noon AEST Wednesday June 26. Enjoy :)

A no-brainer here with literally $11 free for simply signing up and trialling Apple Music for at least 30 days. Promo is not available via any Android devices or via the Cashrewards Mobile App until further notice. Thanks as always for your support and stay tuned for more great deals. Enjoy :)

Cashback will move from pending to approved at 30 days from signup. If your Apple Music subscription is cancelled prior to 30 days, Cashback will be declined.

You must be a new Apple Music customer who has not taken up a trial previously. If you don't have one, create a new Apple ID and add a payment method (PayPal etc) prior to commencing. The only ways to acquire this cashback is via the methods below.

From an iPhone/iPad/iPod:

  • Open Settings/Safari and turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
  • Open Safari, navigate to cashrewards.com.au and log into your Cashrewards account.
  • Search for Apple Music and click the orange bar, or simply click here.
  • Click Shop Now and you will be redirected to 'open this page in Music' then this popup.
  • If you see this instead, you're a return customer and not eligible.
  • Select Family Plan, click Start Trial, and enter your Apple ID (if requested).
  • You're all done, and purchase should track within 24 hours (Apple is a little slower at tracking).

From a desktop browser (requires iTunes install prior to clicking Cashrewards links):

  • If you haven't done so already, install and open iTunes.
  • Open your favourite browser and ensure all AdBlock is off (including Safari Cross-Site Tracking).
  • Navigate to cashrewards.com.au and log into your Cashrewards account.
  • Search for Apple Music and click the orange bar, or simply click here.
  • Click Shop Now and you will be redirected to open iTunes.
  • Select Try it now… and you will get this popup.
  • If you see this instead, you're a return customer and not eligible.
  • Select Family Plan, click Start Trial, and enter your Apple ID (if requested).
  • You're all done, and purchase should track within 24 hours (Apple is a little slower at tracking).

Promo is not available via any Android devices or via the Cashrewards Mobile App until further notice.

Any issues at all, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve in a timely manner.

Wow, seriously? Yay for more free money!

    • -1

will not do this if apple gave me $100 out of principal

pity, I refuse to link any financial account with Crapple after my bank account was clean out over night a few years ago and they refused to help, shifting responsibility, thankfully it was via paypal, and they were happy to help saying I wasn't the only one hit via Crapple that day.

    • +11

That makes no sense whatsoever. So Apple charged you? Or Paypal did? How was your bank account cleaned out? Apple's been great with refunding purchases I've made by accident. What happened with you? What did support say?

      • Apple was hack, I woke to hundreds of little payments via iTunes payments, until my bank was empty, I was lucky payment was via paypal, clearer?

Apple said they can't do nothing, seriously? what? they wouldn't listen :( though thinking about it this was around 2010, so a bit ago now I guess

          Apple was hack

Your Apple account was hacked, be it by phishing or re-used password, etc. Not Apple.

          • @theguyrules: as i said I was one of many that day according to paypal, hundreds of apple accounts were effected….

      • though these days with 2 factor protection it's unlikely to happen and I wont do direct payments for the most part now

I just cashed out my $9 from the last Apple Music deal, along with $50 from a hotel booking.

    Loving free money.

Hi TA, apologies if this is a duplicate question from previous deal. I've taken advantage of the individual trial. Is it within the rules if I make another Apple ID to take advantage of this family trial using the same CashRewards account? Thanks.
Also, for anyone looking to continue their subscription once the trial ends, if you prepay for a years membership you get 2 months for free. Not sure if it is common knowledge. https://www.macpricesaustralia.com.au/2017/08/apple-music-ye…

    • I'll just leave this here :)

  • Are Apple desperate to get some runs on the board and puff numbers against competitors? Is someone in Apple AU up for a ridiculous bonus by hitting a KPI?

    • It's all about taking market share from music streaming leader Spotify. Apple music is almost certainly a loss leader for Apple.

      • +1

I doubt they've been making significant headway, especially with such large incentives that keep getting increased.

As for loss leader, they're already absolutely crushing the phone market, it's hard to see why they'd go with that strategy to sell hardware (no one is buying a macbook saying 'Apple music just works so well across my phone and computer now, unlike spotify!').

This screams of a PR move to boast 'growth' and 'subscriber base'.

        • Well with the new Spotify update I'm personally considering dropping it and making the switch, after joining a free trial a month or so ago, it's definitely improved a ton since it launched. And I know I'm not the only one, a few of my mates feel the same and I've seen more than a few people saying the same online. So this could be a well-timed marketing strategy to get people to try and then switch.

    • All companies are desperate for your money.

    Free $11, count me in!

  • I guess you cant win them all, already signed up to the $9 promotion about a month ago and will receive the cashback soon ;(

  • Does Apple Music still do the Annual plan? I always thought that was a decent deal if I bought using a 15% off iTunes card.

    • Yes it does. $119 for the 12-month individual plan.

  • +2

    Let me get this right.

Sign up for 3 free months trial, cancel after 30 days and get $11 free and 3 months free worth of musics?

    • +1

      Yep. Sounds awesome right?

  • +2

Thanks I signed up for the first deal.. and this was a reminder for me to close it before it renews.

  • can you get cashback on same account if you signed up previously?

  • cool

  • +2

The $11 is already in my cashrewards account, that was quick.

  • +3

And tracked within 30 mins! Thanks TA once again!

  • Any increasement into and the bonds cash back? I saw shopback has 7%, do you think you can beat it?

  • +1

    Thanks TA

  • I did this last time the offer was put up and followed all the steps Precisely but for some reason my order was never tracked and I never got a single cent out of them.

    • +1

The only reason it would not have tracked is if you've previously taken up an Apple Music offer (of any kind). If you haven't, please submit a claim on the link below along with your Apple Music ID, and you will be paid (provided the above is true). Thanks.
