UHT zymil… Absolutely bitter shot. Unsure if the barista is shit or just doesn't give a shit…
After doing 400 shots today I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter but if you don't care enough at the end of the day it doesn't kill to dial in your espresso shot timing!
That being said… Probably could do with a backflush and shower screen clean
