I have to admit though, since I went to Capricho Grill I completely stopped going to Nandos, they're much better in flavour and value in my opinion. The 4 friends i've introduced to it also agree. I'd be happy to see more of them around so I can go more often… their chilli sauces are so fricken good I wish they would sell them.
Also to OP the instagram post doesn't specifically say the CBD store only, they have stores at:

Nando's sauce is still better.
Crapricho has this weird creamy sauce without enough heat or acidity, it's okay for non spicy lovers. Pricing is better than Nando's.I still prefer Caprichos even though I like spicy food. I just get their hottest sauce and then dump lots of the extra hot sauce that they have for free. For me the flavour is nicer which is more important to me than heat, dunno but I feel like there’s never enough basting on Nando’s and I have to ask for extra or it’s kind of dry.
Either way it comes down to personal preference I guess!
I didn't say it was ONLY in CBD. I meant there was one in CBD. Thank you for the complete list. I think the one I tried ( CBD) actually tasted better than Nando's.
I know you didn’t, it’s just that putting that in the heading instead of vic or “various locations” may deter people from even clicking through. (I wouldn’t have bothered because I live an hour away if I didn’t know there were more) I’m just mentioning so other people know they can go to other locations.
