      Thank you very much for your comment. Generally the brand and model of the motor (usually written on the motor itself is enough to identify the remote) or a photo of the remote if you have one. Please send through some pictures and we will do our best to identify it.

      For the TB6 model red/black there is no difference apart from the colour.

    I opened my merlin and it does say model M802, so it shouldn't matter what the roller is right? The new one will work with anything the M802 works with?

      Yes, as long as your are using a M802 with blue button the remote via that link is suitable.

    So if I wanted to get a spare key for my Subaru 2014 forester what’s the process ? Who cuts the key? How does it pair to my car?

      Cutting of the key and programming of the transponder (this is the chip that allows the car to start) is done by a locksmith. The buttons of the (unlock/lock etc) can either be done by yourself or the locksmith.

    Hey rep, is the RPC402 now compatible with the CAD S V2 door? I think I asked previously and there was no compatible version but the remote looks the same as the one I have so not sure if I should give it a shot.

    As stated in description its worth checking the ebay store first. My Gliderol compatible controller was $8.95 compared to the $12 (Inc discount) on the website.

    These remotes are generally cheaper on eBay. Not saying the seller is ripping us off, but this is Ozbargain - every cent saved counts towards buying another bargain.

    My son has an intermittent problem with a sliding driveway gate. It opens OK but at times refuses to close. I cleaned the sensors at the side of the driveway but the problem still exists. Could be the remotes be the problem?

      This issue wouldnt be caused by the remotes and will have something to do with the motor itself.
