(profanity) that, I wouldn't be leaving without the food. If the manager wants to be a (profanity), tell him to get someone higher up with half a (profanity) clue.
Of course, I also wouldn't have gone back / used the app again after the first (profanity) up either, but that's me.

Last week I used the app to order a meal. Went to go pick it up inside and the shift manager tells me they didn't receive the money. I then showed him my phone which charged my credit card the full amount for the meal along with the tax invoice in my inbox.
The (profanity) then proceeds to tell me I will get my money back the next day from McDonalds and I told him no I won't as when this happened a previous time I had to chase it up for almost 2 weeks with head office.
Of course the next day comes and I haven't received shit and the pending charge on my credit card has gone through.
(profanity) shit app and shit customer service.
