    Ha, I remember the artist coming to my primary school many years ago and read us a story and stopped midway. He bloody blue balled us!

      It's an endless formula. Same crazy adventures and they will be going past one million storey treehouse as long as it keeps on selling.

      There's a 26 STH, 39, 52, etc. etc. all the way up to 117. The next one after this will be 130 STH

    Something weird going on with Amazon, just got this email:

    Please be advised that we have a revised delivery date for the items you ordered on 10/07/2019.

    Estimated arrival date: 28/08/2019 - 11/10/2019

    A quick google suggests the book is definitely still releasing tomorrow though.. so will wait and see whether this changes by then, otherwise I’ll cancel and pick it up for the kids at a book shop.

      Was literally typing the same thing after getting the email from Amazon; no real explanation as to why and a stupidly broad delivery window!

      I think the release date is today as I saw it in the bookshop window next to work.

    Just got the same email - on Chat to customer service now:

    ME: I thought the point of pre-ordering it was so that we would get it when it's first released?
    AMAZON: That's true but this item was not under the pre order guarantee delivery date. If we know we will for sure have the item on the release date, we would mention it as Release date delivery on the product page.

    Have got them to cancel it - what a shambles.

      Yep i cancelled as well and when I pointed out that i had ordered 2 weeks in advance with expedited delivery and this seemed an awful lot like it should count as a preorder the chat guy agreed with me, heh. Ah well, will pop into the book shop on the way home and grab a copy.

    I brought this in the pre order and have also had revised delivery date as October. I don’t understand why as it is available to buy on their site. Poor service
