  As my experience on Kogan brand handheld vacuum cleaner + dish washer + floor steamer + wireless charger base + sports watch and so on DONT buy any KOGAN brand from them. TOOOOO crap.

  Plus no hotline customer servo, if u like to type in the whole story and wait for one week.

    Same same. Got burnt 3 times. Never ever again. Kogan brand = two dollar shops quality. All photos on website are amazing, reality are bad, very bad. Please everyone do not buy. Doesn't matter how cheap the prices. Just dont.

      Kogan will buy from a manufacturer and rebrand it to their own. Sometimes you will find the same item in another country with a different obscure brand name.

  i had kogan wireless bluetooth earbuds and they last 40 minutes on a charge. useless.

  I came here to ask about the quality of these earphones… read how bad they are.

  Does anyone have recommendations on earphones which are similar to Apple airpods, but not as expensive ?

  I don't want to spend 200+ on wireless earphones and i don't want to deal with quality issues. Thanks.

  Slightly off-topic, but … Kogan also sells competitively priced Salomon sports/running shoes. Does anyone know if these are genuine, or the cheap Chinese knock-offs sold on eBay?

    If they mention the brand name, it has to be genuine (As long as it is directly listed by Kogan, not a seller within Kogan).
