Looking for a deal on 225/70/15 SUV tyres in Perth.
Currently have Kumho 798's, they have lasted 50k which I am happy with.
They are ok tyres, and would consider getting them again.
But if someone can suggest a quieter tyre with similar or better wear I'd be happy to look at it.
Need 2 urgent, but might stretch it to 4.
Also need a wheel alignment.

I spent all afternoon calling around for tyres. There was not much available in this size, apparently there is a shortage due to the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan.
I ended up buying a set of 4 from Daniel at Bob Jane on William Street Perth (didn't even know they were there). They had a catalog special $189 for the Kuhmo KL51's which are a quieter tyre. Couldn't find any stock from any other Kuhmo dealers within 20km of me and all quoted much higher prices. Also called Kuhmo and they told me there won't be any stock for months. I think it's a fair price for that sort of Tyre.
