Philips Hue 6.5W Smart LED White and Colour Ambiance GU10 Bulb $44.90 + More @ Bunnings

50

Looks like Bunnings went nuts with the deals on Philips hue lights.

The Colour GU10 are for $44.90 here https://www.bunnings.com.au/philips-hue-6-5w-smart-led-white…
Don't bother with the white ambience ones, they are for $47

Worthwhile is the motion sensor for $37.90 here https://www.bunnings.com.au/philips-hue-home-auto-motion-sen…

You can try this dimmer switch for $29.88 here, but… https://www.bunnings.com.au/philips-hue-smart-led-light-dimm…

This deal with the light bulb for $32.90 is a better value.

Bridge for $38.40 (deal here)

and control tap switch here https://www.bunnings.com.au/philips-hue-smart-led-light-cont…

You can of course price match with Officeworks ;-)

Me, as the OP, thinks so ;-)
Normal price is almost double of that.
You could get similar prices during the Prime lightening deals on Amazon, but that is gone.
Just google fox example the Philips hue gu10 and you will sew what the prices are (generally around $88 for the colour one)
Gateway "normal"price is around $75-$110, the switch (here for $30 or $32) for around $45. Motion sensor goes for around $67-$77
The only thing I could not get was the $25 deal for the white GU10s on Amazon (although they were only 5W, those colour ones are 6.5W)
Currently at $47 (for the 6.5W version) at Bunnings.
Yes, it is pricey, but this is the top consumer brand. You can get way cheaper lights, but… Well, you may get lucky and all good, especially if you want only 1 light to play with, but for some serious setup it is worthwhile to pay for the better brand. And now for half of the normal price.
Probably most people got everything duing the Amazon deals (similar price). I, for myself, am ruined for last 2 days… Philips hue, HDDs, …. :-)

      • Thanks…is a hub/bridge needed or can the globes run ok on their own

  • Bought 4 from Amazon yesterday for around the same price. I currently have one single dropdown light in my room, I don’t know how hard it is to install downlights but I’ll give it a shot.

  • Need a good price on the white ambiance GU10, need about 8 more. Got 5 yesterday.

Bunnings ramped the price back up in store today. Luckily as the site was still 1/2 price I got them to price match. Reckon this deal will be over midday.

    • Yeps, just went to Woodville. Prices are back up. Obviously it was to compete with Amazon Prime.
