Nature's way seem to use oversized containers more so than other brands. The few products I bought recently, less than half full. Quite misleading (if didn't look at weight) and such an overuse/waste of plastic
yes. i was thinking of reusing the containers though. they are a good size for lots of things and have secure lids.

yes i remember that episode. if you're kid had a deficiency, and wouldn't take pills, i wonder how many of these they would have to eat a day? injections would probably be the only way.

Multivitamins are useless. Best to find out from your GP what you need, if anything, and buy supplements for that specifically (e.g. iron, vitamin D) so you actually get enough per tablet.
I quite like the Slim Right shakes with a spoon of the Instant Natural Protein as a lazy meal. They have Vanilla Slim Right in-store but not online for some reason.
