I don't have a VR setup, and probably won't for at least a year or so. Are any of these prices so low that it's worth adding to my Steam collection now, or if we're talking a period of 1-1.5 years will there be other bargains around this price?

I will definitely be picking up Skyrim at some stage.

EDIT: My brother does have a Quest, but I believe this isn't compatible with Steam VR games

    Sorry, I mean streamed from a PC to the Quest. Seems like there's some level of workaround but not sure how simple it is

Pretty amazing price, I've been keeping a tab on these two titles since I got my original Rift and cheapest they've ever been. I almost jumped on them when they were 50% off, will def jump on this thanks OP!
