"Dad & Dave’s #1 Pale Ale is a simple full flavoured beer derived from 100% Australian malted barley. Hops grown in Nelson, New Zealand impart “fruitiness” typical of Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties with passionfruit aromas with a crisp finish. English Ale yeast is also used to bring out the natural sweetness of the malt and hops.

The #1 is suitable for most occasions being light enough to enjoy with a light lunch or evening drinks but having enough flavour to stand up to curries or red meat."

      Hello friend ;)

I'd like to checkout bugmans fridge that has a basement.

  • I personally found this a bit meh - not much going on taste wise to justify it even at $45 a carton over a standard mass produced beer.

    • What would you get for $45ish instead of this? Something like Squires 150 Lashes / Hop Thief?

      • Taste is pretty subjective but the few reviews on Dans for example tend to agree with me about this being pretty tasteless if you are wanting a 'craft' kinda beer - it was easy drinking I guess, just not very exciting. I'd rate the ones you mentioned or a Coopers Pale Ale as better beers in the price range.

  • Good deal for a good beer
