    • Hi there,

Grays usually have small batches or even one off of items which they sell. We get them in large batches along with 1 Year Battery Warranty and 1 Year Warranty along all our products. We also provide free shipping across Australia too. Grays do have some good deals so having an eye on them is not a bad idea for a laptop.

    • Which model?

  • Out of curiosity, as part of your refurbish process, are you running a temperature test/replacing thermal paste?

So far I had to send back two refurbished laptops (bought at a different shop) because they started to overheat/throttle after one to two hours and became basically unusable slow after two to three hours

    • Hi there,

We run quick stress test on all our machines during our reimaging stage. We rarely replace the thermal paste on most of our products since they mostly fine but we are happy to do so if your workload present these issue during usage free of charge under it warranty period.
