          It was $28 I think, for 16pcs. On the other hand, that was Vera Wang from Royal Doulton, and not House' in-house brand.

    It was $13 on the House site 30 minutes ago. I had two in the cart and also the Baccarat cooking set $49. Bought a few other things to get the free shipping. I look at the bottom right hand corner says 101 dollars. Proceed to pay and a few pages later, it was processed for a total of $546. Trying to work out how to deal with it at the moment.

      Email and call support to cancel the order, notify the bank and explain the situation. Get a paper trail started. I couldn't swallow $450+!

        Same here, they overcharged me. Hopefully, they will cancel my order and refund my money. What a waste of my time.

      You can return the items in store. State that they weren't of the quality that you expected if anything.

    Yes this store is known for this scam price to get attention to the sale and attention to the store and hits to the site etc. Fake too good to be true prices then cancelled orders a few days later. ACCC anyone?
