    Hassle free return policy

    I ordered Shoes last week Click & Collect
    went to the store for Pickup Shoe is damaged, Spoke to the Staff they said they cant help Online has nothing to do with store. After wasting one hour in the store they called few places to check if they have one. Now i have to drive 40kms further to Pickup shoes.

      I just initiated a return on the website, printed off a thing and went to the store to exchange the goods.

      Was pretty hassle-free for me.

      Sounds like you wanted an exchange, not a return. They can't exchange if they don't have it in stock…

    These hoodies are fantastic.

    Only the White,Ice and Light blue appear to have any resonable degree of size choice for the non-XS.

        Yeah, I've worn mine all winter. It's neat enough for a semi-professional environment too - I wear it over my work shirt and it looks smart enough for an office-type situation.

        It's too hot for summer is one criticism, I suppose…

    I've got an Asher hoodie i bought a little while ago and they're nice, they're not going to shelter you from freezing temps, but the material is the perfect blend to not attract cat hair like my last few hoodies have done, which was my only real goal :D

    No sizes anymore other than 3XL's or XS's.
