            @jv: There are many dogs treat balls in the market but not all the balls sell the same price, also the cost was different.
            Besides, I think only the customers who tried both two balls can say who's quality is better. Also, our delivery fee was 0 and can deliver within 3 days.

                @jv: I tried this ball and can say it's worth the cost. But I didn't try the cheap balls you mentioned.
                However, I ONLY SAY THE QUALITY BALL POST IS GOOD, and I didn't comment on your product. I think it's justice. \

                  We've seen lots of expensive, overpriced stuff here on OzBargain over the years that is crap compared to cheaper options.

                    @jv: What you say is a high probability problem. There are many low-quality products on Ozbargain but doesn't mean our product's quality is bad.
                    I just hope every customer can view our product with an impartial attitude, just as there are a thousand hamlets in a thousand eyes.
                    We just set the price according to our cost, and if any customers do not satisfy, we can also full refund or replace it within 30 days.
                    Hope you can understand that.

                      It's actually an economic problem. Companies like Cole/Kmart have much greater purchasing power than individuals. They can buy things much cheaper and sell larger quantities for a smaller margin and still make a greater profit.

                      Therefore it is quite possible that the Kmart one is better. As you have admitted that you haven't tried it, you have no way of knowing if yours is better or not…

      Thanks for your comment. Actually, the price a month ago was only our New Product promotion price and only limited to 10 customers.
      The current 50% price will also only last 8 days and limited to fixed quantity customers.
      The price now also was much competitive even on Amazon and eBay, as we usually sale that product$19.99. and the now price on Amazon was 17.99, the final price you got by using the coupon will be $8.99.
      You can choose to buy or not, but that price was already our limited price. As you know, all of our products were fulfilled by amazon, each product we need to pay Amazon at least $4-5 to deliver our product.
      We believe our product, and welcome you to buy other cheap ones.
