  Not a bargain. Clearly the business is so early in it's infancy that you have little to no buyers or sellers on the platform. And you're going to have a very hard time getting those users based on the current website and lack of SEO (when searching for your business name this Ozbargain post ranks before your own website).

  Be supportive guys - it’s only a startup. If you want to give feedback, do it constructively.
  My feedback is:
  1. You need a better website.
  2. Maybe a video to introduce the concept
  3. If you don’t lay out all your fees transparently, you’re just being another agent.
  4. even if I were to request a property, I wouldn’t want my details given out homeowner unless I’ve already decided I like the property etc.
  5. Good luck - but maybe you should’ve done some market research before engaging in this.
