    I would not recommend.

    My reasoning is that while it did charge devices with USB cables fine, it covert the voltage so you won't be able to use things such as macbook charger, hair straighteners etc.

      This is not a step up or step down converter/transformer. Would be considerably larger and more expensive if it was.
      It does not 'covert the voltage'.
      It will charge using the voltage available in the country of use, example 110-120 volt in the USA or 230-240 volt in AU.
      It is up to you to check that the appliance you want to charge can accept the voltage of the country you are in.
      These days most appliances are multi voltage 110-240 volt.

  Fyi as I understand it the usb x4 has a total amperage of 3.4 amps divided across all 4. If you use one usb only you will receive 2.4amp Max for charging your devise.

  This product does not have any Australian Standards so stop advertising that it does: blue version, black version.

  I have previously called you out for quoting Australian Standards compliance when your product does not have any as what you are doing is illegal.

    Reading your previous comment, unanswered by the seller, I agree. There are reasons why Au compliance is avoided but any electrical charging device like this should have some sort of verifiable safety accreditation.
