Three is probably my personal best but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Two is more sensible as long as you know that you shouldn't be eating anything else for the day :-P
My advice is to sprinkle psyllium husk on top so that you get some fibre. Adding crushed peanuts helps with adding texture so it's less boring. General advice is to stop eating when it feels like a chore.
