The most middle class name for a wine you could possibly think up.

    Lousy seller. Stay away.

Ordered a dozen, received half a dozen. Repeated emails for refund ignored, claimed that my emails went to spam. Finally responded after 4 weeks and after I posted a bad review.

4 weeks after sending the wine back - at this point I still have half the allocation I bought - still no refunds. Repeated emails from 2 different email addresses for update ignored. Finally responded after I posted another bad review. Said I should have called if I wanted the refund so badly.

These guys could sell a Grange for half the price and still leave a sour taste - excuse the pun.

    • Hi Poizon,
I called you and spoke to you over the phone. I personally organised your refund. Your refund was done while we were still on the phone and I sent you an email confirming the refund. I never said that you should have called if you wanted the refund so badly. I understand that you are upset but that doesn't mean that you should twist the truth.

        Hey mate,
your company made a mistake ok?
What we (future clients) want heard is: the company apologises because made a mistake and provided a full refund ASAP.
We (future clients) don't want to see public arguments with your current clients.
Just give an apologises full refund and carry on mate.
Don't do that, you are making things worst…

Please explain which part was twisted. I would be interested, and I'm sure others reading your response will be too to determine legitimacy of complaint.

    • For what it's worth, I've ordered plenty of wine from these guys and never had a problem
