  • Umm.. it was half price few months ago.. anyway my dog love it

It was $22 plus shipping before (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/437855)
As this is the only seller that sells this, it is, by definition, not a bargain.
On the other hand, there are many dog foods that are cheaper and equally good.

    • Can you list some? I bought a large bag from Costco, wondering if I should stick to that.

List the other bands that are cheaper and of comparative quality.

Love ozbargain, downvotes because it was once cheaper even though this is currently cheapest and a bargain compared to what you pay for other premium dog food.

Not to mention the 1000+ votes this place gives a 5% eBay code in the blink of an eye. Lol

  • petcircle is not working properly, showing the webpage wrong.
and code does not seem to work

    • web page is fine and there is no code

  • Not sure I would consider this a "premium" dog food.

Kangaroo Meal a.k.a ground up left overs once the high quality cuts have been removed.
Sweet potato - low protein high sugar from starch (high GI after gelatinization)
Peas - basically sugar once digested, very low health benefits but a great filler as not 'unhealthy'.
Besan - chickpea flour filler. Very low quality fiber source but used to bump up nutritional percentages.
Pea Meal - crude protein source to bump up protein levels lost to poor quality protein source (kangaroo meal as opposed to kangaroo meat)

I could be totally wrong but, when it comes to food, you get what you pay for.

    • Instinctive Bite appears to be Pet Circle’s “home brand” dry dog food.

Pet Food Reviews Australia gave their chicken (non grain free) dry food 4.5 stars… which seems promising.

  • Uhh it says 50% meat, not 50% protein. Also, I think it is cats that "need" a grain-free diet. Dogs get heart problems or poor acid/alkaline balance (because of lentils used in some gain-free). So, idk, make up your own mind I guess.

  • I purchased the salmon variety a few months back, would definitely not repurchase. It caused major digestive issues for my two dogs. Suggest reading the reviews on Pet Circle, a significant number of other pet owners had similar problems.

    • That seems to be a problem with a lot of salmon dog food. Both Black Hawk and Fish 4 Dogs salmon flavors were recalled a few years ago for causing digestive problems.
