AliExpress Order Never Arrives with Yanwen

I have 3 orders from AliExpress which has not arrived. I bought them in May so its been 3 months and I don't think it will arrive anytime in the future. I reckon they send the parcel with Yanwei, and all the sellers expect me to check with local post office. I can't check it because their Yanwen tracking number is useless, and they don't provide me with auspost tracking number. Anyone know how to deal with this situation? Is there any way I can track or find info of my AliExpress order?

I have double checked my address, and its correct.

  • on a slightly related note, i bought some headphones from AliExpress and received the dispatch email on 29/7, and i received them today. I didn't select any express shipping or anything like that, just the standard

    • I bought something on the 30/7 on eBay from HK and it came today with regular mail too… must be less mail this week or something.

  • AliExpress Order Never Arrives with Yanwen

    Yanwennnnnnnn?

  • don't pay them?

  • Check your tracking numbers with 17track.

    • No results

      • Raise a dispute with the seller.

That's the thing, I don't know if I should dispute all 3 orders at the same time, it'll looks like I'm a scam, when I genuinely didn't receive any of the item

@yummypinacolada: Till you are truthful to yourself, you dont have to justify anybody else.
Just raise all of them in single go.

@urahara: I would prefer a non delivery claim for each item ordered myself unless they were on the same order number.
Regardless…. lodge a refund request immediately.
I have learnt that in most cases it is much better to pay a little more and shop with a reputable supplier. Aliexpress is not recommended for anything over $10 IMO.

              • @Cheeper: Yeah, this is my first and last time buying at AliExpress, the cheap price doesn't justify the risk and the waiting time.

Mine too I ordered 4 items the end of May, 2 came and 2 still waiting. Hopefully coming soon. Sometimes it talks two or more months to come.

  • If the order doesn't arrive within 45 days (I think) just let Ali Express know you haven't received it and they'll refund you.

At least that was the case with the last one I didn't receive.

I had two items ordered in May, both have left China with hand over to airline in early June, but nothing since then…

Looks like we're not the only ones experiencing slow yanwen shipping.

I have 2 packages shipped with Yanwen (bought May) and I'm still waiting. 3 months is probably the record for the longest time I've had to wait…

  • I have also had problems with this sender on several recent orders from AliExpress. Just go to your "order list" and lodge a dispute with Ali, I had two items and they were refunded within around three days. I felt sorry for the supplier as in a separate email he said they could be removed from the Ali sales service for non-delivery if it happened too often.

It was for glasses from a decent MAIN factory supplier, and not a general outlet. I have found if you go through the "official factory" shopfront the outcome is often better for delivery. The sub-outlets can be more of a problem.

I do suspect that Yanwen shipping is a problem, and their tracking is hopeless! …. package still in China noted when it arrives with the local postman!!.

same. ordered 2 June . just raised a dispute (running out of time). seller says "go to post office". I go there often. they check the computer with my address for packages that they may be holding.

have another order from 1 june that is still somewhere (and with Yanwen)

    Yanwen doesn't appear on 17track.

check the progress with this site —> https://global.cainiao.com/detail.htm?

Enter tracking number (it's the dark grey box at the top in the black area — really stupid design),, or click on the "Track in Batch " button and enter number

    • By post office you mean you are checking with auspost?

      • yes

        • just received notification that the dispute closed in my favour and received refund.

I ordered a fidget spinner on the 20th of November.

    It arrived on Tuesday lmao.

    • you ordered at 2017?

      • Ordered in 2018.

There happens to be a 20th in every month, regardless of year.

  • My last 2 orders with AliExpress didn't arrive. They were due early last week and I filed a dispute and got an immediate refund as they were only a few dollars. I think that's only the 2nd/3rd time in 200+ orders. It makes me wonder if a plane crashed or a warehouse burnt down.

It wasn't the money that annoyed but waiting almost 2 months and not getting anything. I re-ordered for twice the price off a local Ebay seller

    • Judging from the comments above, something happened to the shipment for the AliExpress orders in May.

I am waiting for 3 items ordered in May. Two of the items were part of a larger order of 4 items. The other item was from a seller who I have previously ordered from, so I don't think the seller is dodgy. I have let the buyer protection expire on all 3 items.

  • Yanwen partners with fastway rather than Australia Post. All my yanwen packages have come through Fastway. Your issue may be the fact that fastway just leaves the yanwen packages the front of the house where they can be very easily be stolen. Check 17track to see where the package is, as they usually give you a new tracking number for when it arrives in Australia.

    • Well, its a very small package, so my bet is they put it in my mailbox which is always locked.

No result when I check with 17track

  • I've bought three items from Gearbest four months ago, never arrived. Other placed an order for similar items on AliExpress, they too have not arrived. Is there someone scamming in China?

    • I think its just bad courier, they save cost by choosing the cheapest way to send the item to you. As a results maybe 20-30% of the item are lost along the way.

  • There's been an incident where they gave me a random tracking number for QLD.. but I live in NSW

Ended up disputing and getting a refund as a courtesy since I waited outside of dispute period, seems like some dodgy sellers as you to check your local post office to delay the timing so that the order goes outside of dispute window

  • I had 3 recent AE orders sent by Yanwen mail go missing, disputed all and was refunded. China Post has been fine.

  • I received one of my missing orders. The label says it was sent 19/5/2019.

  • I just got a couple of my missing orders - 13 weeks after dispatch!

  • doesn't look like anyone works at aliexpress, i think they're all robots.
my package was delivered to NSW.
I raised a dispute clearly saying I've checked with aust post and it's been delivered to another State.
Aliexpress stepped and ask to check with post office/neighbours.
    what a f-ing joke!

    aliexpress, you are Alisnail.
