Awful cooktop, do not buy. Very bad for cooking on lower heats. Pulses at relatively high wattages on lowest settings.

Yes. Terrible cooktop. I returned the one I bought a few years back. Impossible to cook on a low heat.

Makita accessories are really great value. Their cobalt drill bits, cutoff discs etc. last so much longer than others and are well priced.
