Tomorrow night join us at Denmark House! Spaces are limited so there are two options for you to enjoy a cosy evening of Scandinavian folk music. Arrive early and enjoy a mulled wine or two before the performance. Doors at 6.30pm for 7.30pm concert, and then 8.30pm for 9.30pm concert.

    Got there at 8:30 on the dot for the 9:30 session. Turned away as they had already given out stamps for the 70 person capacity

      We saw on insta 3min after it was full, around 7pm!! You'd be lining up 1.5hrs+ to get into the second session. People had to line up before the first session to get in at all…

        It figures, given the capacity and, well, it's free. I spoke to one of the staff who said the next venue will have more seating but even then I was pretty put off from even trying in future.

          We normally get there an hour before the doors open, but didn't have a chance this time. Next time we'll go for the first session and bring camping chairs and ski masks (it was that cold).

          Don't give up hope, they have been many amazing venues, we've made it all but a couple of these.

            maybe should've waiting for a larger venue before posting again about these concerts, but since i remembered rather than forgetting as usual, thought might as well remind people this time

              @tonester: Nah, all the major city "news" outlets had posted about it too. Next time we shall go solo and not wait for friends who finish work at 6.30pm :P
