    Samsung TV App Store has a dedicated Plex app. Ive have it linked to my cloud based Plex Server afor about three years. It's feature packed and works very well.

  FYI, you can sideload apps not from your region (think UK apps such as BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 4), add a manual DNS setting (think Uno, Getflix etc.) and you can enjoy all streaming services too.
