Underground/Most Wanted is back??? Just leave out the cheesy story…

On third watch… it does look a lot like Payback. Let's see if they ruin it with online and microtransactions.

This looks good, I must admit, NFS Carbon is my top NFS of all time.

Yeah I did love the canyon drifting when you got a chain going, then getting really close to the cliffs but not falling over!

    • This will not be good unless you like paying $90 for a new game and then having gambling and microtransactions shoved in your face everyday.

    • NFSUG2!

Woohoo, lootboxes… oh yeah, EA. hi5!

    /s

    • No way this isn't going to be a microtransaction/gambling filled 'live service' where everything either requires days to complete for cash money. Woohoo

    • Just can't wait for the new 'surprise mechanics' mate, after seeing the newest innovation of it in Apex Legends.
Wow, EA, the pathfinder of lootboxes.

Another microtransaction laden title where fools pay full price for a game created to make you feel like shit so that you can be nickel and dimed forever.

    • Don’t worry, it’ll be on FF.

I thought it was Need for Heat. It's cold down here.

  • I used to love NFS, but I reckon it's going to be hard competing with Forza Horizon… but wouldn't mind both!! :P

  • the only complaint I have about nfs is that they're not on steam or any other platform that could sell their games cheaper, nfs 2015 was 4 years ago and still only sell on origin for $40 (us probably)

  • EA, so fuel will be a micro-transaction and so will feature realistic speeding fines.

The original Need for speed on 3do was the best with its digitised graphics it looked real. Now, everything is 3d polygon graphics which makes things look more cartoony than realistic, sux. I read somewhere bethseda is going to scan real environments in for the next elder scrolls games though so hopefully we might start seeing digitised real graphics come back in vogue again over the cartoony polygons.

  • It's EA so i guarantee they did not.

  • Just looks like a standard NFS game to me.. though there's not much cheesy story in the trailer like the last one so that's a good sign…

  • I distrust EA after NFS: Payback.

They would've been torched if they did, and I don't think Ghost games would've gone ahead if there were loot boxes as it would've ruined the company

  • Looks decent. Despised the card system in the last installment, so to see that idea scrapped is a good start. Also with the promise of no lootboxes.

  • Game play trailer is out

Looks good! Proper progression system, no loot boxes etc

Few Youtubers getting their hands on it overnight, will be interesting to see first impressions
