    How was yours so expensive, when this mob have listed it with the amp/receiver as having been $1,199? Different sub?

          The subwoofer in the system you have linked to (NS-SW050) is smaller and has an 8" driver, vs a larger cabinet and 10" driver in the system we have listed (NS-SW100). The NS-SW100 produces deeper bass and moves more air due to its larger size and driver. The power rating of both subwoofers is the same

      Seems much better to go with the link you posted. Comes with an amp that seems to be worth around $350 and also comes with a disco light you could sell to someone for $20. I am sure the difference between the 2 sub drivers isn't massive enough to amount to the linked deal being worth that price.

        The performance difference between the two subs is greater than the specs suggest. The larger NS-SW100 subwoofer performs at a level that is close to its bigger brother, the NS-SW300, which costs significantly more.
