    • I got ducati panigale V4 and looking for solution for mount

      https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Cycle-Motorcycle-Bike-Bicycle-Mo…

      • Bought one anyway not sure if possible put on center my sport bike

    • Howdy, what type of phone do you have?

      • IPhone X

        • If you wanna mount to your handlebar, this mount will suit rails between 0.50" and 1.25" (1.27cm and 3.17cm) in diameter. However for more choice (apply to handlebar or brake/clutch reserv) then you may be best served with:

          This mount plus this cradle

If your phone has a case or sleeve check the dimensions of it with the case on (and compare with the 'Cradle Dimensions') prior to purchasing.

        • For a centred mount, the fork stem option will suit your phone.

This mount will work with stems that measure from 12 - 33mm (.5” – 1.29”).

    • Lw1987321 I got a quadlock and cannot fault it at all, cheaper too, less parts to buy and extremely quick free postage

You will have to buy a different quad case for each phone used unfortunately. Benefit of the RAM cradles is you pretty much buy one and you're set for life. Also the parts interchange should you wanna attach a camera, a GPS, a drink holder, etc. The same parts can be used. Or you can swap out the base and turn a handlebar mount into a windscreen mount. Quad lock make good gear, don't get me wrong, but I do find lots of quad lock customers eventually switch to RAM for the longevity and versatility.

    RAM make excellent mounts.

  • Hello. I was looking at a RAM mount but was confused as to what to get…

I am looking to mount a GoPro El Grande extendable Pole to my mountain bike handle bars…
    https://gopro.com/dw/image/v2/AASJ_PRD/on/demandware.static/…

Can you suggest anything? The length of the pole means it gets front heavy with a GoPro Fusion attached so would need to be very secure…

Hello, hmmm, if you're looking to mount the GoPro on your handlebars, try this combination:

      GoPro Mount
      in combination with
      Extension Pole

I feel the weight management will be best handled with the RAM extension pole instead of the heavier GoPro branded one you have.
The tough-claw is very versatile too so you'll get more use out of this setup than just your bike, if desired.

  • car mount for galaxy tab s4 (10.5")?

    • Hi Dan, is your tablet in a case or sleeve?
And by car mount, are you thinking windscreen?

Let me know and I can suggest products :)

      • it depends, sometimes its in an otterbox but i dont expect that to mount on anything, usually its just in one of those flip type covers that can quite easily be popped out of to mount it so its just the tablet.

is a windscreen mount going to be strong enough to hold something that size/weight? how does the sun effect it?

        • Hi Dan,

This cradle will hold your tablet.

One of these vehicle mounts, although pricier, are our most loved and reliable vehicle mounts.

There are a variety of suction bases that will provide a strong hold, but only if you have enough windscreen real-estate to give up.

          Let me know your thoughts

Just a +1 on Ram mounts in general. I've purchased heaps of plastic novelty phone holders over the years and my phone had ended up on the floor of my car (while driving) more often than I care for. The last mount I purchased was 4+ years ago was a RAM and it has not let me down. Money well spent IMHO.

I can vouch for RAM mounts. They are solid and reliable. Sure you can buy cheap flimsy mounts. But on a motorbike in open air, you don't want to take chances like you would inside a car (what's the worst thing if your phone falls on the floor in a car). They are not cheap so any discount would help :-)

    I've written a guide here

  • Hi Op, great timing!

I have an R1250RT and figure my options are limited - no available space on the bar, no mirror stalks, etc.

Looking at the reservoir cover RAM-B-346U, it says not compatible with the 2016 R1200RT, so presumably will not work for me?

Is my only option a fuel filler mount (RAM-B-411U)?

I'm going to fit with a quadlock case (1" ball adapter), so am looking to use RAM for the mount and arm only - fuel filler with the 15cm long arm might be the way to go, but would prefer something closer to the left hand if possible…

    Cheers
