      Which Act would this be? I believe a basin replacement is likely to fall into jobs like tap and shower head repairs which can be completed by unlicensed plumbers. You aren't completing any plumbing or drainage work as that is already present.

        @4agte: Changing shower head requires a plumber according to law, in this state at least.
        This is WA, where it is also illegal to possess more than 50kg of potatoes without a license.
        
        Law is a joke, bathroom police do not exist, but tradies use it to scare people.

  Hi jwh, we are unsure as to why that customers box said made in China, we assumed that it was shipped in the packaging of a larger product for extra protection (which happened to be made in China). That mixer comes from a small family run producer in Italy and we are selling them at an incredible loss sadly.

Delivery guy dropped the box a short distance onto my front lawn, ignoring the "this way up" signs.
Was enough to crush a corner a bit, chip and crack the basin.

It would have been safer if Amazon just labelled the original box. Why do they need to re-box everything, making it more awkward to carry?

And a "fragile" sticker might have helped. Other box had "fragile" label, and was undamaged.
