    Thanks OP. Picked the $25 tier since the terms and conditions don’t mention a restriction on cash back so it looks to be any tier first month free.

    Did not receive a tracking receipt and it has been 2 days. Anyone receive one? This is the second time it looks like I will need to launch an investigation with Shopback..ordered the $25 subscription..

    • Mine come through in a day and a half, I'd definitely open a case. I've had a few not track and they've fixed it for me no problems

      Same - makes me feel bad but thinking about their business model, $25 for a pair of undies and socks. Is that really worth it and do you really need something new once a month? For me, it's a no.

    Rep doesn't seem too active, sent them a message yesterday morning and still no response. They take forever to investigate cases so I am hoping this can be resolved ASAP.

    Got my tracking within two days I think. Subscribed to the highest tier. Seems ShopBack can be a bit hit and miss. Still waiting on them to investigate the Adidas cashback from the day before this deal which is missing.

  • Hey guys, for anyone interested about the cashback.. I actually enquired with ShopBack about if I canceled further months/subscription and if you have canceled for the next month/order then your cashback will become invalid.

    I’ve just emailed ManRags for potential refund now - seen how the “S” fit is ridiculous anyway.

    Hi There,

    Your Manrags Order would take up to 75 days from 22/08/2019 to be approved and available. It is estimated to be available by 5/11/2019. If the order is still pending after the date mentioned, do let me know and I will check it for you.

    The amount of time that it takes to receive the cashback is dependent on our affiliate stores. Certain stores will validate their cashback after several days or weeks, while others will only issue their rebates after a couple of months.
    Also for some deals such as Product deals, the time gap between purchase and cashback payment is observed to rule out cashback payment to any cancelled or returned products.

    If at all the subscription is cancelled this will invalidate the cashback as per our T&C below.

    T&C being “cashback is not payable on exchanges, returns or cancellations”

    I thought the exact same about it not being in the T&C but was worried they were to vague with the word “cancellation” - seen how I was “cancelling” the second month and as per my last post it was confirmed but if anyone gets different information please let me know as I am now trying for refund!

      I have a copy of private messages from the Shopback rep and another member here saying that you can cancel after the first month and still claim cashback. Something fishy is going on here. I find it very difficult to trust anymore

  • No luck on tracking so far…. so have raised a case. Am weary to use the product in case I need to return if cash back not valid

  • Has anyone else not received their socks? It's been >2 weeks since dispatch

    • Frustrating experience with Manrags. So just like you, after a month, no shipments have arrived after shipment confirmation email received from them in August. Definitely will be putting in a PayPal claim for this one. They have had a month to ship it and have not honoured this for me. This is around the time when the second month delivery would be due.

      • There's no tracking (sent as a letter) + they're saying they're willing to refund, voiding this Shopback promotion altogether :(

        • I dont actually believe the item was even shipped. I can't remember the last time I had a lost parcel. It seems coincidental that we haven't received our orders. Poor promotion, dishonest especially when I was advised it was shipped and never going to give them another chance. Would not recommend this company.
