    Hi all, I just ordered 2x s50 one for myself and another for my in law.. My order is stuck on payment verification stage and it's quite a process i.e credit card statement I paid using my 28 degree card and the statement with dhgate.com won't get issued till another 20 or so days how did you guy's provide this? Is online screenshot enough? Even that at this stage says $478.02 - Purchase hasn't really landed..

      If its a credit card just send the picture of the credit card, first 6 digits, and last four with your name as well and the date, that's more than enough, that's what i did in the past. its pissing off though.

        and just to let you know they say they work 24@7 but after you send the pictures, even if they tell you its 24-48 hours, they are not gonna verify it on Saturday and Sunday.

    guy's my order was cancelled by Dhgate as they are stating payment verification failed, however can you please advise as I have been charged $478.02
    DHGATE.COM REDHILL GBR, however in the cancellation email from DhGate it is saying refund amount of $286.92 USD is this some kind of a joke? as $286.92 USD only equals $425.76 AUD and I paid for two orders, I could be out of pocket nearly $52.26 per each order, roughly $104 has anyone been in this situation before? I paid using 28degree card hopefully they refund me the full amount my credit card was charged.

        Got the full refund. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

        Why was the verification failed? I followed the instruction to the tee, covered up only the CCV and middle 6 digits of the credit card no.

    My verification was successful, but apparently now the seller has a new excuse. He's saying there is some defect in the vacuum and he can't send me the order anymore. I have literally waited for 25 days for this product. 1st order I got a bad seller and now again for this order, this seller also turned out to be the same. This is so frustrating man.

      I got the same issue .

      They took a week to verify the payment even though it was taken off my credit card on the day of purchase and now the order is cancelled .

      My first time using DHgate has been a disappointing one , I just hope I get my full refund .

      But I guess if on the plus side they did stop sending us defective units which would have been more troublesome .

    My first time using DHgate purchasing this product. My order was also cancelled but they are saying that their safety team cancelled the transaction.

    "Thank you for waiting. Upon checking, our safety team cancelled the order before they received the document to verify this. This order was under pending risk investigation. The good thing about here, is that you will not undergo the same process again. They already verified your account/card sucessfully."

    I received a full refund, however I was charged $14.23 in International Bank Fees and out of pocket $14.23.

    Poor form DHGate. I'll never buy another item from you again
