  • $25.70!. I think I'll wait for the Gillette 3000 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gStI9ysPrhs

This is a bargain? Surely you jest!
The razors are often given away for free, and a couple of sample packs of gooey things thrown in doesn't help, so all that is left is a pack of cartridges…

  • +4

all the ozbargain members are receiving free one

  • You think you will keep getting free razors of this calibre? This 'package' would be well over the asking price, even if on special at coles or wherever. + from me (and yes I am hoping to get my freebie with 1 razor cartridge)

    • Every time they release a new razor they give away about a zillion free ones in every possible way. They do this, because one cart doesn't last long, and the replacements are where the money is. Giving away free ones is almost forcing you to give them loads more cash. Same model as printer ink.

  • Not a bargain.

  • Woolies have this same razor for $7

    • 4 pack of refills are rarely under 20 bucks (except shaver shop), and this being a NEW product I guess we dont really have a marker on RRP, but one thing is for sure, they wont be cheaper than the 'old' Fusion blades….
1800 + people have bought, so it cant be that much of a dud deal…..

For everyone that has negged the deal, show me where you can get 4 Proglide blades and the razor cheaper…..

      • Saw a 6 pack of the new blades for $35. So this is a deal, and a saving if you were to purchase items seperate. But i will hold off for now and wait for a sweeter deal.

  • Still seems expensive to me.

Check the Coles catalogue - $10 for the 1 pack manual razor (approx 30% off RRP)
I'm not sure about the cartridges but they might be also 30% off

Yes Yes Yes - still its bit expensive than the startdeal deal (I know)
I rathar try the frebie first (agree with wninja's comment above) and then buy bulk

        Cheers

      • Also - woolworths are selling the 1 pack manual razor for $6.99 (on special this week)

  • Ok just checked the pricing the razor is $7 and 4 blades are $26, or the price of 6 blades is $36. This is woolies pricing.

Gillette must be making the blades from gold now ;-)

  • Not really a deal in my eyes. Just because they say it's worth $50.
Fusion blades sat Kmart are $23 4 pack and I don't need all the other stuff.
I use fusion blades on my fusion power as they are identical in performance to me but cheaper.

  • I'm thankful I use DE blades. $26 buys 200 nice blades - http://www.connaughtshaving.com/redpersonna.html .

    • Hey just use a cutthroat razor and spend nothing….. and if you slip you wont need to shave anymore

Didn't know they still made those old blades
