Setting up a Home Business Int Calling Options / Video Conf - AU, Greece, South Africa

A bit of a left field thing.

My mum who is retired, is toying with restarting her tourism business

She currently has a $10/month mobile with Amaysim i setup for her (and pay) - latley, she regularly eats more than the 1GB data, and some months is now $30/30 days for 3GB of data. So

I am thinking of getting her the 5 GB / month woolworths plan for $20 per month. Quite a good deal from reading it. The issue with woolwroths is she will now need to call o/seas quite a bit and the telstra rates suck, compared to amaysim/optus for at least South Africa.

She uses WhatsApp quite a bit to call, but often she has to call government related entities / visas etc and need landlines / mobiles direct.

Calling destinations are: Australia, Greece, South Africa. Au is covered by (Say) the Woolworths plan (or maybe Boost?).

What are the options:
* A softphone that runs on the android phone? Something that can call mobiles and landlines in these locaitons cheap? Need to be low cost. Calls can be long. Needs to be high quality voice. Will be sporadic use, so a higher cost month to month plan is probably not going to work.

• Video conference - I was just goign to use the free Zoom. I doubt she would need more than one face at a time. or use WhatsApp.

• A soft number in Greece and or South Africa that rings her mobile (or softphone app) for return calls.

There is no landline (I won't let that happen ;) — There is no NBN. They are on wireless internet and 12/1 is fast enough.
