What about using it as a table?

Perfect as a stand for my Seagate 4TB drive

  • Matrix Portable Desk

    There is no desk. Whoa.

  • No online ordering for WARRNAMBOOL … screw you officeworks!

    • Probably something to do with all those horses…

  • This actually seems like a pretty good product…. shame about the 1m height limit though.

40kg weight capacity, 71cm wide, 47cm deep… but it only gets to 1m high, so it's hardly a useful lectern for presentations/speeches etc. I'm 6 foot (so I'm not overly tall by today's measurements), but reading or leaning on a 1m high desk during a speech would be very uncomfortable.

Where I think this could come in handy is the garage!
A 40kg limit in the garage as a portable table (obviously not to bang on it etc), but it could be very useful holding tools at the right height when working on projects. And its got wheels so easily mobile.

If it only came up a little higher.

    • I am 6' 1" and find this is a perfect height to lean on and as a stand up desk for my laptop PC - 1.05 metres is taller than I expected.

I agree it might be a bit low if you were reading from notes - you might want something to prop your paper up - but as a workbench it's great.

We want a 2nd one but unfortunately they appear to be already all sold out.
