  • Pro100s is a good printer. Cheaper to run with Precision Colors inks.

  • Nice deal, if only I could justify the purchase!

  • Isn’t the new model arriving soon in time for the next Olympic?

    • Apparently that's something Canon/Nikon commonly do. I'd say it's a safe bet.

Whilst I agree the above is a great deal due to the bonuses, I just paid $6799 3 months ago for the 1Dxii from an Australian retailer in a Adelaide. 100% Australian stock and I can take it in to them if there are any issues going forward. Also picked up a 400mm f/2.8 USM IS ii for under $10k from the same place.
Whilst the above is a good deal, I always worry about buying high end camera gear online as if it’s DOA or even has a minor fault, returns are often a nightmare…

They are an Australian store, not grey imports, so I think you can go back to retailer or manufacturer right?

      • Haven't personally bought from them so cant comment sorry. Only know what ive read in the past on fb groups.

“Can’t comment” but your previous comment is much suggestive.

What did you read on those fb groups? That this retailer here might be a nightmare with returns?

@pizzaguy: DOA issues over the years. Dead pixels within warranty period being a major one. DYOR is all I’ll say regarding high end camera purchases and who to buy from.

DCW has been operating in Australia as a bricks and mortar store since 2001. They sell online and deliver Australia wide, but also have two physical stores in Sydney, one in Melbourne and one in Brisbane. They also have a contact centre located in Sydney that services all of Australia. They have never sold grey import products.
